Labour calls for pension plans to
help stop corporate tax avoidance


Tax avoidance

Forty-five labour organizations have signed a statement calling on pension plans which have labour representives, or board members elected by workers, to help fight corporate tax avoidance. For example, in the UK last year the coffee café company Starbucks paid not a penny in taxes.
