World Bank and IMF told to plan for jobs


International Radio Day

Labour leaders from 50 countries met during the World Bank-IMF meetings in Washington, February 10. They called for an an end to government austerity programmes and greater efforts to create jobs. A RadioLabour interview with John Evans, the General-Secretary of the Trades Union Advisory Committee to the OECD.
