The International Trade Union Confederation - the ITUC - is holding its third annual global Congress in Berlin, May 18 to 23. Stephen Cotton, the Acting General Secretary of the International Transport Workers Federation (the ITF) spoke to delegates attending the convention about organizing workers throughout the global supply chain.
