Technology Organizing for Unionists
As labour organizations head into the 21st century they will be confronted with more new technologies. These technologies will profoundly effect workplaces and how unions communicate to their members and the public.
This article, by Marc Bélanger, suggests some new ways of thinking about technologies and technological change. It concludes with a call for the labour movement to follow its sucessful efforts to install health and safety representatives in workplaces and begin training "technology organizers".
